the Mulleavy sisters showcase ten dresses in Florence,
all of which have a personal story that references italian artwork.
The two designers used specially designed neon lights create pieces of art.
The rodarte designs looked so striking the dresses were bought by
the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)
where they will become part of the Costume and Textile Collection.
The overall effect the designers have created is very successful,
it shows how well both sisters understand the power of presentation.
